I had never met a more gracious host. First we missed the last ferry by 2 minutes. I contacted Brent and explained our situation. He had a solution in minutes I won't go into more details , but if you get a chance to use there properties, it is highly recommended. This is possible one of the best situated units in the entire complex. Nicely appointed with all the conveniences of home, including a full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. Seamless communication with the owner and it came with a golf cart, making it easy to get in and around the island. Hamilton Cove is a secure, gated community away from the noise and congestion of many Avalon rentals. Unit #29 was our Oasis and home away from home. Thank you Nancy! We loved our stay and will be back again someday!

The property was clean and quiet, conveniently located to downtown and beach, cheerfully decorated with a beach theme, and well appointed with every convenience, including beach toys. The three bedroom, three bathroom arrangement was spacious with plenty of privacy for our party of five.

The location is close to Front Street and the Casino. The house is in good condition. It has a nice view.

The cottage is close to the beach and within walking distance of everything (supermarket is literally the next street over). The cottage was amazing to stay in and would book to stay in it again.
