Loved the staff and service from day one. Yusuf, in the restaurant is the absolute best in this field. Both my wife and I felt like family to them. Even though our trip was only 4 nights, thanks to Yusuf and the chef Remzi, each day was special, delicate and pleasant for us. Thank you dear Sera lake resort staff for the unforgettable experience. Everthings was excellent .very comfortable..very luxury..nice view .good location although away from center..but transportation availsble regarding bus .taxi ..i used private my car.. Breakfastc was very good. The was both out door and indoor pool and were very clean and nice ..i really like it..i recommedet for everyone. I will try it again in the future

A fantastic hotel and one that should be on everyone's bucket list. Amazing scenery and weather ( in the middle of August). The stay was very refreshing and our kids loved it. The staff were very friendly and everywhere you sat you had breathtaking views. Even the drive from the airport to the hotel was amazing especially when you start driving up the mountain . Everything was great. A much needed rest from the noisy and busy world out there. Family also enjoyed the fun activities ( Swing , Zip line and soft Area).

everything was great in the hotel during our stay the hotel was near to everything it was a comfortable stay and staff were good and helpful rooms were really big and clean we asked for taxi and it came within 10 minutes the windows were big but without a view we asked the staff to call different hospitals for PCR test and they were totally helpful toilet was big and the shower box was big as well breakfast buffet was good as well and they took care of the details because of the COVID19 i liked every single thing during our stay i would book the same hotel again if i visited Trabzon
