The hotel is in a very nice location. Their own beach division is one of the best I have seen near by. It is quit and taken care off, well. The staff is very very nice and helps you out with anything. They make you feel as if you came to visit family not a foreign land. I can really recommend this hotel. Also the view from the balcony is beautiful.

We really loved the hotel and resort and were happy with everything. The room was spacious, comfortable and very quiet. It was cleaned to a very high standard. The beach and decking areas are really lovely and we enjoyed spending time in the resort facilities. The breakfast was lovely with an excellent selection and good quality. The food at the beach bar was also really nice. We also enjoyed the hotel's rooftop restaurant and found the view at sunset to be stunning. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive throughout our stay.

I stayed for six nights at the Arin resort. The building is modern and stylish. The food and service in the main restaurant was of a high standard: fresh, tasty and varied. Thanks to Ismail for the tasty food and service in both the main and à la carte restaurants. The beach is sandy with no stones to cross to enter the water. The sea here is a little cooler than elsewhere but the water feels clean. Even thought he resort was busy, the layout meant that it didn't feel crowded. There was a good mix of nationalites among the guests. All the staff were well trained. Friendly, attentive but not over familiar. The nightly sunsets seen from either the main restaurant or the top floor bar were perfect. But the real stand-out positive of the hotel was the way that Guest Relations (Sevinç) dealt with problems. We had some issues with our transfer and as soon as she was aware of this she helped us ensure that our stay was enjoyable: We were allocated a nice room, it was cleaned daily, we were invited to the à la carte restaurant more than once. We felt very well treated...and I noticed that other guests felt that way too.

Everything, what can I say? Helpful and friendly stuff starting from the reception, great coordinating by the chef from guest relations, she's nice, polite and well prepared for her job, I think her name is Lemon. She was opened to suggestions from everybody and she was in a permanent contact with the hotel guests. She supported us and accepted to help my wife and friends to organize my birthday. There was a big surprise for me and I must to thank for all, thanks also to Mr. Khan- chief in the serving area who was beiond expectations, good, polite, well prepared and great language communicator, thumbs up. Both are the two of the best assets from Dragut Point South.

The property is gorgeous. The room is unbelievable. The facilities are immaculate. There is entertainment and relaxation for all ages. The food was perfect and lunch and dinner varied each day to make sure you get to enjoy some new things each day. Staff is so nice and accommodating.

The hotel was by the sea. The hotel is all inclusive and the food was delicious. Staff at the hotel were very professional. staff helped us a lot. The hotel has been completely renovated and everything has been done beautifully.The hotel had a pier on the beach and it was very enjoyable to jump into the sea and swim there.
