the staff are very kind and respectful. all understand English. the location is perfect just near a lot of shops, maraka mall and restaurants. the reception staff are very keen to help. they gave me breakfast for all my stay for free. and also a late check out. Mr. Omar and his friends were very respectful and offering excellent services.

The Location is perfect in a quiet area with quiet rooms, the rooms are clean, the breakfast was excellent, the staff are professional and helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Dilara from the reception desk for changing one of the rooms we have booked to be double bed room instead of twin room as per my request, and for fulfilling our request with friendly approach and high professionalism. Definitely I will recommend this hotel to my friends and it will be the hotel to stay next time I visit Bursa

This is one stunning hotel. I have stayed in hotels all over the world, and this place is amazing. The room was lovely, the view is out of this world, the fitness centre is probably one of the best value you will find anywhere on the planet and the staff fantastic. I cannot think of anything bad to say about the place. Maybe the only observation would be the car park is quite steep to bare in mind for people less mobile, but very attentive staff there to help in any case. Well done Blue Mudanya! Will definitely be back!
