The design of the hotel is beautiful. Most of the staff were friendly. The reception staff were wonderful and helped in everything to satisfy you. I was in room number 3501 and it was very wonderful with a very beautiful view.

We loved everything at Numa bay especially the views, food and facilities. The staff was very prompt and polite. Because the resort wasn't as big as other 5 star places, the staff were very attentive to all the guests and we always felt taken care of. The variety or food was endless but our favorite would probably be the delicious Baklava and dinner at Joe's Grill was exceptional! My husband and I both experienced the Turkish bath and Spa treatment and it was just wonderful and something we would love to do again!

This paradise property is located 25 minutes from Alanya city centre and 1h and a half from antalya city ,3 hotels opened on each other with a full services and functions all day long till 2 am ,from my experience as a flight crew i would recommend this hotel to every one specially families with kids as they have safe and excellent facilities, food was more than excellent and was served all day long with an excellent variety ,and beach is a marvellous place to dive in, swimming pools are everywhere with a top notch cleanliness, this place is a NO go out from except if you'd like to go sightseeing in Alanya or Antalya, all the staff members were nice polite and helpful and a special thank to the front desck manager Mr.Arkan for his kind attention to details and helpless. we were a group of 9 and you wouldn't imagine how happy and delighted to be there. hotel at the beach with 2 pools. pools not crowded, always good for swimming. see was great, the beach fine, the staff was nice, especially ladies at the reception
