Lovely modern hotel. Room and bathroom very large and comfortable. Very clean. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious dishes. I highly recommend the desserts prepared by the hotel's chef. The tram to the old town runs close to the hotel.

Breakfast was lovely, plenty of selection and the food all fresh. The location of this hotel is excellent, couldn't be better placed. The decor, rooms and room cleanliness is excellent. I would defintley stay again and would recommend this hotel 100%

Spacious rooms, great beds, helpful staff at reception and their in-house coffee is a very clever idea (& delicious). Also well located for tourists - right in between the old town and the kazimierz district. We would definitely stay here again.

Very modern and comfortable hotel. Rooms are quiet and nicely decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool and saunas are also very good. Location is somewhat remote from city center, about 30-40 minutes walk from old town, and streets near hotel are not pleasant for walking, but easily reachable by car.

This was our 3rd stay to QB and as always everything was exception, from our our taxi transfer to the professional welcome and check in by the reception staff, to the beautiful bedroom and spotless bathroom(loved the underfloor heating, and cosy bathrobes and fluffy towels). Bed was so comfy and the welcome chocolates in the room were a lovely touch. Breakfast was exceptional with so much choice including fresh fruits, yoghurts, pastries and croissants, fresh bread, smoked salmon, selection of meats and cheeses, salads and all the ingredients for a full English with choice of scrambled or fried eggs. Everything was absolutely perfect, and nothing was too much trouble for the reception team, they even phoned one of our favourite restaurants and booked a table for us. QB is in a perfect location between the Jewish quarter and the old town so you can easily walk everywhere. Krakow is such a great city to explore and at this time of the year, it is so beautiful with the Christmas market and all of the beautiful lights and decorations. We will definitely return to our favourite hotel and city. Thank you Queen Boutique
