酒店地理位置非常方便，步行去各个景点都不远。卫生间还有窗户，通风特别好，这在欧洲太少了！酒店员工服务态度都特别好，我们几乎错过了早餐时间，他们专门为我们做了美味的，热乎乎的早餐。这是我在欧洲住过的早餐和服务都最感人的酒店啦！强烈推荐！

Everything was perfect and our stay was unforgettable. Our host Laura was more than happy to help with everything. Special thanks to her for arranging that we have savory breakfast, which is very uncommon in Sicily. We would definitely come back and I wholeheartedly recommend this amazing facility.

Amazing attention to all the details… Coffee Pod machine, tea maker, all snacks, Prosecco, and water included… top quality shampoos and soaps, etc…..My completely over the top room, had a misting Shower, a proper shower for at least 3 people, a “TRIPLE” Jacuzzi, a dry sauna, another separate bathroom where the bidet, toilette, and sink was located… everything in black slate and marble, like a Bat Cave Oasis in the “cooooooolest” neighborhood in Palermo… My terrace overlooking Via Roma was so awesome… but the neighborhood stole the show, a copy shop across the street, a Landry in the building on the ground floor, barber shop for boys on the corner, mini marts 4 minutes away… and LA BRACE a totally awesome restaurant close at hand… This place rocked, stayed 3 days in 14 on two separate occasions…. LOVED it HERE… so will you!

Beautifully decorated apartment, right in the centre of town. Giuseppe gave us some recommendations and wow for eating and wow was he right. 100% recommend the apartment for a stay.

Beautiful very old building exterior with a modern hotel built within. Large rooms, very helpful staff and a perfect location in the heart of the Centro Storico Sicily. Fantastic stay and reasonably priced, I will visit again!

A beautiful, clean, and well equipped apartment in an excellent location: a short walk to Quattro Canti but not noisy. Comfortable beds. Very helpful and responsive hosts. One of the two bathrooms in our apartment had a fairly tight shower stall. (These are common in Europe.) I can see the size of the shower stall being a problem for heavier guests. The other bathroom had a spacious walk-in shower. Overall, it was a perfect experience. When we return to Palermo for another visit, Case Natoli - Residenze d'Epoca will be on top of our list of places to stay.
