The property location is perfect if you want to enjoy hazaratganj.Its not too far and is located in a quiet decent neighborhood. The staff was excellent , always smiling and always helpful for our requests. The breakfast spread was excellent and the room size was quite big.Overall it was a good stay .

I went two times. The second time was a last minute booking, because originally I was supposed to go to another hotel in Lucknow (Hotel Casa). When I arrive it was extremely dirty (ex. fresh blood stains and hair in my bed, etc). So I decided to leave and go again to Piccadilly in the middle of the night. The hotel was very clean (EUR standards). The staff was extremely friendly and super helpful. They were trying their very best to make our stay superb. For example, we arrive late for breakfast and they allowed us to take it anyways! It was also the day with the worst air quality in the last 30 years in Lucknow, even with an FFP2 we were getting throat pain and red eyes. Inside the hotel the air was very good and I could breath normal, which probably means they have clean AC filters. Due to all that - Next time I am in Lucknow I will for sure go to this hotel

The best place to stay whilst visiting Lucknow. A short tuk tuk ride to the main sites. A wonderful restaurant and greta breakfast. The pool would be great in the warmer months.

Had a pleasure staying here. Staff are extremely friendly, well mannered & courteous. I just wanted to say, Its a pity about the mentality of some of the local people who come to stay, who are oblivious to the care the team puts into their clients stay. Never mind guys, chin up. The reception staff are always accommodating and friendly & always eagerly willing to help on whatever issue. A big shout out to Vaishnavi, Saloni, Ahishek, Shees, Kavita, really the entire crew. Please forgive me if I've forgotten anyone's name. Not forgetting the staff in the breakfast/dinner restaurant. I'd like to say a big thanks to Amanpreet for her attention to detail & smile, always willing to go that extra mile. Not forgetting the guys as well. Manish, Ameer, Anita, Punit, again I hope that I have not forgotten anyone. The room service & security staff , thanks for the hospitable, smiley greetings & service that they show naturally even during the days of a heatwave. You have a well oiled & organised team, always willing to give their best.
