The location and the history of the iconic property is obviously amazing. The internal design, architecture and aura in the Palace building is very beautiful. The service by staff was outstanding and I think this was the real highlight of our stay - right from the time of checkin to checkout. I would like to make a special mention of the Housekeeping manager- Mr. Sandeep Ghuge, who made some special arrangements in our room for myself and my wife (who is a foreigner visiting Mumbai for the first time) , because we were at the Taj to celebrate our anniversary. All in all , a memorable experience. The food in the restaurant (Masala Bay) as well as at the complimentary breakfast was also outstanding.

Check in was a breeze, rooms were very clean, and restaurant staff was tops. Special mention must be made of Rumi and Omkar who welcomed us on our first day of breakfast. Thereafter other staff continued to do the same . The whole restaurant crew needs a pat on their back for excellent service. Keep it up

The hotel catered for mobility needs. My husband has dropped foot and requested mobility room. The request was fulfilled. Perfect room overlooking pool. Room to swing his walker around the room and plenty more. The breakfast was abundance of choice. The staff were very helpful, service with smile and nothing was too much for them. Good location, close to the airport Mumbai. Very convenient. We are staying again on the 20th Feb 2023 for one night. We look forward to our stay on 20th Feb 2023.
