We had a wonderful time at the Oberoi. The room and amenities were perfect, the breakfast absolutely fantastic, we had wonderful drinks and dinner at the Eau Bar and Fenix restaurant. All the staff were adorable and efficient; from the guys at security, the reception, room cleaning and restaurants, etc... a special thanks to Mr. Soham Gupta (F&B manager) for his kindness and professionalism. The Oberoi definitely became our new home in Mumbai and we'll definitely stay there again next time we're here.

The location and the history of the iconic property is obviously amazing. The internal design, architecture and aura in the Palace building is very beautiful. The service by staff was outstanding and I think this was the real highlight of our stay - right from the time of checkin to checkout. I would like to make a special mention of the Housekeeping manager- Mr. Sandeep Ghuge, who made some special arrangements in our room for myself and my wife (who is a foreigner visiting Mumbai for the first time) , because we were at the Taj to celebrate our anniversary. All in all , a memorable experience. The food in the restaurant (Masala Bay) as well as at the complimentary breakfast was also outstanding.

Check in was a breeze, rooms were very clean, and restaurant staff was tops. Special mention must be made of Rumi and Omkar who welcomed us on our first day of breakfast. Thereafter other staff continued to do the same . The whole restaurant crew needs a pat on their back for excellent service. Keep it up
