Amazing Hotel , one of the best in service ever experienced… Very good restaurant. In the center of Surabaya just in front of the biggest modern shopping mall but like a colonial style oasis in a building from 1910 where history still lives today.

Very nice hotel, very clean and a very interesting concept with the room service (you have a smartphone on which you can get all the necessary information, order food or order additional toiletries and water). There is also a smart TV with Netflix etc.

Room: really spacious and clean, huge comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, very clean. Facilities: pool was nice but quite busy, the gym was well equipped and not very busy at all, one of the best hotel gyms we've used. Staff: pleasant enough! Location: location was fine but it was hard to get to the adjacent street where some restaurants were because the path was pretty treacherous. Breakfast: this was a 10/10 - so much choice and a everything was delicious. Cappuccinos made to order, lots of fruit, cereal, daily smoothie, all the Indonesian food you could think of, it was really great.

As I have said in my other reviews of PrimeBiz Surabaya, the staff were exceptional! The care and attitude of the staff was consistent throughout the Hotel. They were friendly and professional. The Hotel don't forget is only a 3 star hotel. Only it was clean and cleaned regularly. I will be staying at PrimeBiz Surabaya when I visit again.

This is a fantastic, lovely hotel in an amazingly adapted 1822 or so colonial building. Experience it, It is just a great concept. I loved it :-)

Everything: Food was insane, Room is really big, clean and comfortable, Staff is super friendly, and the GYM offers most of necessary things you need (could be a little more)
