Everything about this hotel was perfect ! And the spa was one of the best spas ever (Nia and Tari give the best massages)! The staff was always quick to help (Eka at reception was great!) :) and the food at the hotel restaurants were delicious. The walk to the beach was very short, less than a minute away. The location was so convient and close to everything and the area was always lively. The rooms were large and lovely (they look even nicer than the pictures) and house keeping cleaned the room more than twice a day. To say that this hotel was the best ive ever stayed at is an understatement. We took 3 rooms and stayed for two weeks, it was impeccable. The whole group had a great experience. I strongly recommend it and i would stay there again !

Everything The property is very clean , the service is great , the staff is extremely nice and helpful , they take care of every single detail and they ensure that their guests are so happy and satisfied Nisa at the reception is a great and lovely host , she was always waiting for us with a lovely and cheerful smile Asih was also so good and professional , they remembered our daily order and kept repeating it automatically Aditya is a great guy I will always remember that he kept waiting for me in the street looking at me to ensure that I can reach the market which is 50 meters from the hotel safely and he kept waiting until my return , not to mention that he also gave me his scooter to try it

The villa was well equipped and maintained. It was centrally located and parking was available for our scooter on site . The staff , especially the housekeeping were amazing ,they really didn’t miss a thing to make it a lovely relaxing holiday.

Everything! Absolute perfection. Staff, especially Sui, are just the most welcoming and thoughtful people. The location is set back from the road so we didn't hear a thing. Easy to get to, lovely surroundings, efficient staff and services. An absolute must when staying in Bali

The choice for breakfast was enormous, great quality and savour. The room were big, had lots of little things that hotel usually dont have razor, brush, comb, nail kit etc.... Spa on the balcony was a very nice surprise as well.
