Nimic. Dezamăgitor. Doar poze spectaculoase. Infinity pool ok, dar sub așteptările noastre. Plaja - un alb-galbui frumos, dar lucrurile pentru pescari, bărci...sincer deranjează. Nu poți înota cu plăcere... Personalul este foarte amabil, dar ce oferă cazarea este departe de ce vezi pe booking. Camera noastră avea miros de mucegai. Am raportat aceasta problemă. Ei ne-au oferit și alte camere, dar problemă mucegaiului era prezentă. Proprietarul ne-a spus că acesta e mirosul specific zonei, e ceva normal la ei 😂😭 Sincer cu toată rușinea i-am zis că este mucegai și să nu caute scuze neplauzibile. Prosoapele erau uzate, nu există prosoape de plaja. Nu le schimbă. Săpunul cel mai ieftin. Noi ne-am aprovizionat cu toate necesare de la un magazin pentru turiști 🤪 din apropiere, altă soluție nu era. Nu vă hazardați cu privirea la mare, piscina și grădină din cameră este o mare țeapă pe românește. Probabil doar camera cea scumpă are aceste 3 privilegii. Celelalte căsuțe sunt amplasate pe lung și ai vederea doar la vecinii din dreapta 🤭 Grădină - de fapt e vorba de câțiva copăcei din fața fiecărei căsuțe și ceva iarbă.

We had the best stay at the Lucky Cottage! We were made to feel so welcome and at home. The room was absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated and so clean. The owners helped us out with everything we could possibly need. The pool is lovely and the location of the property is perfect, a couple of minutes walk away from a beautiful beach.

The owners are very friendly and accommodating. They make you feel like you’re home. Very good price value. The room is quite big and the place is quiet. I slept very well during my stay there and the devils eye is only 3 min walking. Many many thanks to the owners because that was a recommendation from my friend and I definitely recommend it too !

Fantastic stay at d’puncak, a small family owned villa. Very homely place with very nice folks. Love the garden which the owner pak made tends to himself daily, the comfortable bed, enclosed toilet and clean room free of any bugs! Location is great away from the crowd higher up the hill.

The receptionist/manager, Suta, was one of the best hotel employees we have ever come across - Bali or otherwise. He was beyond helpful and single-handedly keeps the place going. He cooks, cleans, does the picking up and dropping off from the ferry and all with a smile. It was a shame we could only spend one night here. The location is ideal with many restaurants/bars in walking distance to view the sunset. The tourist attractions on both Ceningen and Lembongan are also easily accessible by scooter (a very reasonable 70k/day from Aurora to rent). The pool area is beautiful with a spectacular view out onto the ocean. The surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful which was ideal.
