Location, facilities, amenities and of course, the lovely staff! We had a lovely siblings reunion there and our stay was perfect. The location was very central and having a mall nearby (Astha) was a lovely surprise as well, as we didn’t have to go far for a meal or shopping. We also love the Artesian Bar, we went there on our first night and they served great cocktails 🍸 100% will be back.

The huge breakfast area is legendary in Jakarta. It offers anything that your heart craves. The pool area is very clean and is enormous – even with lots of guests there are quiet spots.

I like the flat off course, clean, spacious, enough for grup or family, the location very good, near shopping centre, the staff very communicate, the host are very nice and have a very good service excellent, friendly. I'd like to stay here again in the future.
