Location, facilities, amenities and of course, the lovely staff! We had a lovely siblings reunion there and our stay was perfect. The location was very central and having a mall nearby (Astha) was a lovely surprise as well, as we didn’t have to go far for a meal or shopping. We also love the Artesian Bar, we went there on our first night and they served great cocktails 🍸 100% will be back.

The service was outstanding - even for a five star hotel. I was taken an excellent care throughout my stay. I was sick and the the staff couldn’t have been more attentive. The room itself was extremely spacious with many small details attached to bring a unique experience.

Perfect stay, the staff is amazingly welcoming. The room had everything I needed. The massage at the spa was great and the food delicious. The concierge service was very helpful to arrange transfers from and to airport, but also to help me organizing a gift I needed to prepare. Will come back.

Modern hotel, clean room, spacious room, staff very friendly, breakfast very extensive. Nice pool area. Bar in the hotel is also very entertaining.

I like the flat off course, clean, spacious, enough for grup or family, the location very good, near shopping centre, the staff very communicate, the host are very nice and have a very good service excellent, friendly. I'd like to stay here again in the future.
