The new hotel has all the facilities we need. It has unique style and very modern interior design. All the staffs are very friendly and welcomed! It really makes us feel like staying at home:))

The staff here are absolutely exceptional. The whole hotel is immaculate, breakfast was lovely, nothing was too much trouble even requesting something that wasn't even on the buffet ie. omelette ! The rooms are perfect, clean, fabulous comfy beds and beautifully presented. Although the steam room was closed for refurbishment, the heated indoor pool had jacuzzi jets and the gym had everything you could possibly need to relax. Even better, access was included in the room rate without the need to reserve. My daughter and I had the most incredible time in Paris, and the hotel made our holiday even better. We will definitely be back. Thank you to every one.

Almost everything: Location, friendly service, cleanness, room size (so big), bed comport, shower pressure Especially, it was so convenient that staffs helped me call the taxi to the airport. Reasonable price for a big and pleasant van taxi :) I really appreciate friendly and nice staffs :) all staffs I met were so nice and ready to help me in any situation.

Great hotel, super clean, rooms are nice and comfortable, breakfast is exactly what you need when you wake up in the morning. location is super good , close to main stores, attractions . And above all the service of the concierge is fantastic, Freddy and Burris are great, helping in every small thing , always there to offer you advise, help in booking attractions , taxi, restaurants and more. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who come to Paris.
