I booked here for my partner's birthday and we loved it. Exceptional service and we were looked after well. We stayed in the 'Shakespeare' room with a Jacuzzi and it was very romantic & private. My dog was also looked after. The dinner was very yummy and theatrical. This place delivered what I expect from a 5 star hotel.

It's an amazing apartment with a great location; close to the railway station as well as the city centre and restaurant district. It is very cosy and well equipped with all amenities. Michael is super host, very helpful, and easy to communicate. The check-in and out process is also very smooth. Truly recommended for bussiness or travel trips.

very private, a 1.3 mile drive to tram line we used the most, they have a parking lot that is free for users of TBM. Owners generously gave us a lovely chilled bottle of wine to welcome us.

The hotel is located in a former zoology science university building, beautifully renovated with incorporation of zoology theme into the current industrial design. I admired every corner of this place. There is a restaurant which serves high quality food, a bar with amazing cocktails. Staff is very sweet and helpful. Ther is a spa and a beautiful garden. The place is located close to the river and within walking distance to the center of Bordeaux.

A central hotel with very special staff where you can feel at home. walking distance to everywhere. The front desk support is incredible and friendly. Mr. Numa (front desk) finds the best for you for any needs. Smiling, friendly. breakfast is quite good. Rooms are clean modern and big enough. I will gladly come again! Thank you very much.
