Everything! It was wonderful, the host managed to accommodate us even before her official check in time due to our early arrival, this made such a positive impact as not many host in Spain go to this extent in our experience. The apartment is clean, newly renovated, the decoration is lovely, the location enabled us to explore the old town on foot which is perfect for us. The kitchen even had the mixer to make our own tomato sauce for breakfast! All in all it was an amazing, comfortable and welcoming stay that left us with great memories.

Esperanza, the host was lovely and very welcoming. the house was perfect for our needs. big clean house with elevator inside the house, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen (as we like to cook) and very close to the congress center. nice facilities- swimming pool and hot tub. it would be perfect for family vacations. i highly reccomend it for families coming to Valencia or for people who are attending a convention at the congress center as we did.

The apartment is located near Oceanografico and 2 large shopping centers - about 10 minutes' walk. Very convenient for tourists, because it is located on 1 floor and is easily accessible for people with luggage. Bus stops for the city center - up to 1-2 minutes, metro - 10 minutes. Quick access to the beach and the city center by public transport. Quiet three-bedroom apartment, fully furnished and equipped for permanent living. The hostess was super friendly and helpful, she has thought of everything - products in the fridge, drinks, fruit and everything for preparing hot food, cooking products, coffeе, toothpaste, shampoos and shower gels, television, internet. Extremely comfortable beds. Elena also provided us with loaded travel cards for public transport for the entire stay. She didn't mind leaving our luggage until late at night when checking out, even without payment. Communication with her is seamless and timely. Would happily use again on next visit.

Viesnīcas atrašanās vieta ir ideāla, viegli sasniedzama gan pludmale ,gan vecpilsēta, gan zinātnes centrs. Blakus ir autobusa pietura no kuras kursē autobusi uz svarīgākajiem apskates objektiem . Ļoti daudz apskates objekti ir arī pastaigas attālumā. Blakus viesnīcai ir 2 lielveikali. Viens ir līdzvērtīgs Latvijā -Stokman veikalam, otrs Latvijā- Alfas centram. Abos ir arī pārtikas nodaļas un kafeijnīcas , ja neizmantojat viesnīcas restorānu. Bet ir arī lieliska iespēja pavakariņot uz vietas viesnīcā. Ja ir vēsāks laiks un nevar atpūsties pludmalē , ir iespējas atpūsties viesnīcas SPA kompleksā, bet to ir nepieciešams iepriekš rezervēt un tas ir par papildus samaksu. Ir arī āra peldbaseins ,bet tas nav apsildāms. Karstā laikā ir ļoti patīkami. Numuriņš bija ļoti plašs un gultas lielas un ērtas. Brokastis labas, ar svaigiem augļiem ,smalkmaizītēm, kafija no automāta ,kur vari izvēlēties pats - melnu , baltu , kapučīno,lielāku vai mazāku. Vienīgi, ja uzturaties viesnīcā ilgāk par 5 dienām , var likties vienveidīgas.
