Modern, comfortable, well equipped, and clean apartment in a fantastic location with great views of the marina. We arrived late in the evening but it wasn't a problem. We were met by the host at a nearby bar and shown to the apartment, the parking all the facilities etc. All in all, great experience, and we had a great holiday.

The apartment is very comfortable. Everything is as in the photo. The owners are very nice, attentive and caring people! The apartment has everything you need! Many pleasant surprises awaited us in the apartment (a bottle of good wine, coffee, a face mask, absolutely all detergents, as well as shower gels and shampoos, bath salts). The apartment has two cozy terraces where you can relax and sunbathe! There is a big good Mercadona supermarket nearby in 2 minutes walk. The area is very quiet and calm. The owners took care of the rest on the beach (there are chairs, umbrellas, towels). Rosa thank you very much for the wonderful apartment and service!

Everything was perfect! The sun rises directly on the terrace from the sea, you can hear the sound of the sea almost inside, the apartment is clean and functional, there is a heated pool and pool bar and stairs directly to miles of beautiful beach. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, lots of storage space, a functional kitchen, shops and restaurants within walking distance, a taxi ride to the center of Alicante in less than 15 minutes with lots of good restaurants.

We had a late arrival, around 1:15am, and were met at the door! Appreciated the information shared prior to and during our stay. The location is fabulous with easy access to beach, marina, town, restaurants, and casino! The box of chocolates and snacks were also a nice welcoming touch. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Everything you need, and more was available. The morning sunrise from the balcony, and the beach, is majestic! Pilar was friendly and informative and was only a text message away if needed (but everything was perfect). Definitely recommend if you are visiting Alicante. A quiet location, very well equiped house, and a verry helpfull guest. All in very good condition, the pool is very close and never crowded, the view on the golf course great just like the little garden where we had breakfast every morning!
