This place has got to be the best stay I've ever had, coming to Europe. The view was outstanding and mind glowing . And the rooms were so good and comfy. We really wanted to extend our stay there but as we had different plans and places to visit, stayed there only for 4 days. Kids have enough space inside, we got all facilities to cook, only the ingredients need to buy from the shop. Kids play area is there just behind it and , scenic places to walk around is just some meters away. From here, we could go Slovenia, Italy and Austrian Alps and snow.. . I highly recommend this place to stay in Villach.

What makes the hotel fantastic is the friendly staff and the access to the Kara-wankers wimming pools and fitness center. Also there is access to the natural Thermen. The Kara-wankers aqua complex is beautiful, several pools in one complex. The fitness club is amazing, the hotel gives free access to this club, which has a huge amount of equipment. The breakfast is also fantastic. It is really nice staying with the kara-wankers.

Es un hotel excelente pero, por encima de todo, quiero destacar el papel de las chicas de recepción. Diana nos recibió y nos atendió durante toda la estancia haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Cuando un hotel cuenta con personas así debería disponer de una estrella más solo por eso. Gracias Diana, a tí y a todas tus compañeras. Sois una sonrisa permanente y sentimos mucho no haberte podido dar el pequeño recuerdo de los motoristas personalmente. Si regresamos a Villach sin duda este hotel será nuestra elección!

Unas vistas al lago preciosas. Una habitación bien equipada. Con desayuno buffet completo. El restaurante hace una cómoda exquisita y son muy amables. Al igual que la recepción y la gente.

It's what you think you will find in a beautiful, peaceful setting near an Austrian lake. Absolute serenity and great service. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel. Flawless. The hotel has 3 electric vehicle AC charging stations. Two for Teslas, one for any other Type 2 car.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing and offers a great number of different high quality dishes. The garden is really beautiful and provides direct access to the lake.
