Conveniently located hotel, right next to the main station and attached to a mall with almost everything you need for your basic necessities. As a solo traveller, I felt the area was quite safe at any time of the day. Loads of restaurants around, with quick access to the tram and bus line as well as taxis. Easy walking distance to the Old Town as well. The staff there were exceptionally nice especially the Front Desk Receptionist Tom Bub.. He was always super patient and kind and was more than willing to go out of his way to cater to all your needs. Always had a smile on his face to greet you no matter how busy the front desk was. He has vast knowledge about the city as well as areas outside of it and can share the best tips and tricks to get around without being scammed as a tourist in the city. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is as perfect as it gets. The location was perfect as everything was close by including the airport (5 minutes away). The hotel itself was very clean and had amazing facilities provided. The customer service level was incredible, especially from Steffie, who had checked us in and gave a tour of the hotel. It is really a romantic place, staff where very polite and helpful, the location is in between the mountains which I was looking for which added a kind of unique accommodation, everything there is made of wood.
