Location!! Our train arrived at midnight, and to be able to directly walk out the station to our hotel was amazing Staff was exceptionally friendly. Gerhard was very very friendly and welcoming. My husband had a beer after we arrived. So relaxing. The next morning Tom shared his birthday cake with us!!! Breakfast was best we’ve had in months!! Fresh food and lots of delicious options. Grateful to leave our luggage while we did the Sound of Music Tour

We wish this hotel and the staff were closer to America so we could visit often. It was the best part of our trip! The owners have thought about everything for their guests’ comfort and enjoyment. The pools, the rooms, the and the amenities were all above and beyond what we expected. Loved it!

The hotel was really beautiful and felt so Austrian which was fun as it was our first time in the country. Our room had a lovely sitting area with windows overlooking the pool. The outside area looked stunning. I wish we could have enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. It was very convenient having a restaurant at the hotel although very few people spoke English and the menus were not in English. Thankfully google translate on our phones saved the day!
