Dinner was terrible...re-heated chicken and fries. Room door lock was extremely hard to open...would have burned to death in a fire for not being able to unlock door from inside fast enough. Located at truck stop...seemed over priced compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Madrid and St Jean Pied de Port.

The downstairs lounge and kitchen area have everything you need. The garden outside was beautiful on a sunny afternoon after torrential downpours all morning. The girls the next day phoned us immediately on departure when they found items left in wardrobe and all got sorted before we even left village to begin our walk. Definitely stay here if you can. Best place in Zubiri.

The Welcome was so nice and the renovated 400 year old farmhouse is beautiful! An added treat is that we were able to have our Camino clothes washed AND dried, a real treat! The store next door has so many great things to snack on or make a lunch or dinner from. Txantxorena was one of my favorite places when I needed to be spoiled on the Camino! We were grateful for her English, her help with our camino passport stamps, the information about Zubiri, and her assistance with planning for a return trip next year. This would be an excellent hostel for student groups, especially co-ed trips. Super clean, excellent beds, showers, bathrooms, and kitchen.

The room was really spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. They also had a kitchen and a gorgeous sitting area, although we didn’t need to make use of them. Check in process was easy, and the location in Zubiri was perfect.

Because of the heat it was always going to be an uncomfortable night, but provision was made with a fan in the upstairs room. Be aware that this accommodation is really aimed at pilgrims doing the walk so it's not a holiday hotel. For our stay, though, it was what we needed on our road-trip back to the UK.

The WiFi was very good. The location is literally just over the bridge into Zubiri especially after a tough decent. Check in was fast and efficient. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and it's located at the end of a quiet street so there was not much traffic noise. The hosts were very nice and they had lots of choices for breakfast (including gluten free toast!). We met a lot of fellow Camino pilgrims here, which was nice.

She had newspaper ready for us to stuff our shoes with for drying. She invited pilgrims in for tea who had no place to stay in Zubiri and called taxis to take them into Pamplona. So very kind. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, lots of hot water.
