The mother and son that run the place are so kind. Each day before I set out for my hikes the proprietor handed me a bag of snacks. There is also two wonderful private onsens that were free each time I sought to use them. Lovely place.

The staff was super attentive and always went out of their way to help us with reservations, driving us around and arranging activities.

The hotel’s location is beautiful! The room was big and the beds were super comfortable. The hot spring was such a good experience, very relaxing. The staff were very sweet and approachable.
