Featuring an open-air bath and views of city, Jyoseikan is a ryokan situated in a historic building in Kochi, 34 km from Daizen-ji Temple. Private parking is available on site. We LOVED our stay at Jyoseikan. My husband and I were traveling with two toddlers and an infant and Jyoseikan is VERY family friendly. They even have a toddler play area in the lobby. The staff at Jyoseikan were accommodating, professional, and enthusiastic. I was especially impressed by the way that all of the staff spoke to and treated our toddlers - as if they were guests just as valued as the adult guests! We did the dinner service, and it was AMAZING. We were also traveling with two additional adult guests who did not care for Japanese cuisine, and the staff went out of their way to prepare western style meals for them. Everything was impeccably clean and efficient. We will absolutely return next time we are in Kochi.

Breakfast and dinner was superb with excellent service. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our every need. The rooms were spacious and the view amazing. This is truly a dream come true kind of hotel.

Yumeno Onsen sijaitsee Kamissa 7 km:n päässä Kami City Takashi Yanase -muistomuseosta. Majoituspaikassa on puutarha ja ilmainen yksityinen pysäköintialue. I absolutely loved staying here. It was so quaint and peaceful with the best view. It was in a great location with lots of sights nearby. Would definitely stay here again

KAMENOI HOTEL Kochi offers a hot spring bath and free private parking, and is within 26 km of Daizen-ji Temple and 27 km of Nishihama Park. The staff was super friendly. The room was big and comfortable.

Got the in-room rotenburo option and it was just what we were looking for - temperature is suitable for smaller children, and they could play with the water inlet flow without disturbing other guests in the public bath.. Faciities as expecte and functional.

Sansuien features an open-air natural hot spring bath, a Japanese garden and Western and Japanese-style rooms, only a 5-minute walk from Kochi Castle. This was a true, bonafide, traditional Japanese ryokan experience! There is so much history that it justifies the facilities being older. The whole experience was wonderful, especially the kind and excellent staff.

Misaki Kanko Hotel is a 3-star property situated in Muroto. This ryokan offers free private parking and a housekeeping service. I am a financially entitled Henro walking Shikoku in February. I was fascinated by Cape Muroto. I wanted to day off from walking and took it in Muroto. I chose the only open place and it was beyond expectations. The Ashford Castle of Kochi! Great room, great view, amazing staff. Beyond belief food

Offering a terrace and city view, Shoei Daini Bekkan is set in Kochi, 35 km from Daizen-ji Temple and 35 km from Nishihama Park. In an excellent location, easy walking distance from the city center, but a bit off the main drag so slightly quieter and more peaceful. The river in front is really beautiful. The staff were very kind and the breakfast was great. The communal bath is very simple but nice. Would recommend.
