Loved the Indoor and outdoor public bath. Highly recommended for those who wants a luxury ryokan experience.

Terletak di Hachimantai, 46 km dari Stasiun Morioka, Apikogen Mori no Hotel menawarkan kamar ber-AC dan lounge bersama. Amazing breakfast and dinner - we were never hungry! There was even an option to have a late-night meal from 9 to 10 pm. The reception was very friendly and even with limited English, they went out of their way to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. There was a shuttle bus to and from Appi Kogen ski resort and the train station. However, these need to be booked beforehand.

Great food, awesome Onsens. It's very traditional though. Beds are Futon style and there are no showers in the rooms. You have to shower in the Onsen.

We really enjoyed the New Year’s Day firework exhibit and the fact that we could access the slopes straight from the hotel✨
