Great value for money, located right by the port, with great access to the rest of the island. The host was friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to help, despite the langugage barrier (which with a little google translate, really isn't so much a barrier nowadays anyway). Also, I received a free room upgrade! Who can complain!

Absolutely lovely! Beautiful and majestic old-school onsen hotel. Fantastic view. Lovely onsen. I changed my plans just to enjoy it for another day. Note: there is a shuttle bus pick-up at the port (bus will come within 15 minutes when you call (before 6pm)) - you'll see the pick-up point in front of the low building). There are also drop-offs scheduled in the morning. Great big breakfast. Bicycle available to order.

He picked us up from the ferry and returned us to the port on our departure. Irifune is a lovely quaint destination, right on the water's edge. Our room was a rustic Japanese style with tatami mats and futons. We had beautiful views of Angel Road. As well as a private bathroom there is the added bonus of separate male and female onsen style indoor bathing areas. These were a great way to relax after a day's adventuring.

The rooms are large and spacious, old but well-maintained and cleaned every day. Fresh yakuta and towels are provided every day. They have a lovely onsen, both indoors and outdoors. The staff are wonderful. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and valued. They are so gracious and professional.
