Featuring large windows and the views of the ocean or mountains, rooms at Izumi Hotel are fitted with tatami (woven-straw) flooring and traditional futon bedding. Guests can watch TV while sitting on seating cushions with green tea. All rooms have an en suite toilet, while bathing facilities are shared.

We stayed for one night at Hotel Izumi. The hotel’s staffs are friendly, helpful, accommodating guests very well. We had shift up the pick up time and they are willing to serve us. Recommend to book with the seafood dinner set. They served high quality foods, which all of them are fresh and so tasty. The yuzu wine is really great as well. We loved it so much we could say it is the best Japanese dinner set I have ever had! It is very impressive.

Right on the coastline, with great views, and had a free shuttle to the town, which was only a 20 minute walk. Traditional tatami room. Had the best onsen with views of the water. Our room had a toilet, no shower, but the onsen had that covered. Was very old school.

Breakfast was adequate. Traditional cuisine. Staff was very accommodating to our late arrival and was moderately sufficient in speaking English. This inn was perfect for us as our first experience of hot springs and staying in a traditional tatami floored room.

Certified onsen hot spring right inside the property's bath room! Very nice clean and comfortable house with spacious living and dining areas. Garden is nice as well! Good kitchen to do things in. Great massage chair as well! Came with complimentary nice ramen. I can see this as great for larger groups of people.

Firstly, the house is massive! There are so many bedrooms to choose from (both futons and beds), along with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and onsen bath. The collection of the keys was extremely easy and had no problems. The host was very helpful and understanding. The house is quite close to the sea as well as being in a quiet neighbourhood. There is also a washing machine and drying rack to use as well as free wifi. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area.
