I liked everything. We loved the Ryokan design, the view of Fuji by the window, the onsen is great too, and Im thankful to the hospitality of the owners. The meals are also special. The tatami accommodations, the breakfast, the family that owns the hotel, and the scenery made this a memorable stay. The owners were incredibly friendly, and it’s a 2 min walk from the main shopping/food scene. Highly recommend

It’s traditional Japanese style room. We like it so much. You can see the Mountain FUJI just outside the window. It’s so amazing. The space in the room is really big. And it’s comfortable. Please book the room includes breakfast if you are considering staying here, because the Japanese style breakfast is so so so good! It’s the best breakfast we ever had in hotel. Specially thanks to the hotel staff! Because it was my birthday, the staff MIKA prepared birthday cake secretly for me which make us so surprised. She and another young man staff are both perfessional and so kind.

Very good located, close to Hirano bus station. Excellent view of Mount Fuji. Big and clean room. The food is delicious, probably the best I ate in Japan. The staff is very nice.

The location is out of the way if you're taking transit, but it is right on the lake and the view of Mount Fuji and the lake is a short bike ride away - plus they have bikes to rent for free! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, there was a space heater and heated table in our room. The traditional bed was super comfortable. It was a great surprise to have an almost onset experience with their baths - you can book a spot for an hour and it was amazing. The couple doesn't speak much English, but are still attentive and friendly. My highlight of our trip!
