The location and the view of Mt Fuji at the property was just spectacular. The food and service was impeccable. Nina Lin was sharing with us all the great spots to take photos of Mt Fuji and we really enjoyed our conversations with her. The other older lady was very helpful and hospitable as well and we can't praise them enough for making our stay so memorable!

I liked everything. We loved the Ryokan design, the view of Fuji by the window, the onsen is great too, and Im thankful to the hospitality of the owners. The meals are also special. We loved our dinner and breakfast. Those are truly special. Had a real great experience of staying at a Ryokan and im fully thankful to the owners.

I appreciate the warm hospitality from the staff, particularly Ms. Mitsuyo along with her another colleague, who assisted us with everything we needed. She provided helpful information about the surroundings, and both the dinner and breakfast were excellent. The breathtaking view of Mount Fuji over Lake Yamanaka added to the overall experience. The property is serene, quiet, and peaceful—ideal for anyone looking to recharge during a few nights' stay.

Great location that near bus stop Yamanakako Murayakuba- mae, really convenient to get buses to other places as long as you have bus schedules. Enjoyed the private onsen which you can book for an hour, it was relaxing! There are free bikes, we booked and ride the bike every morning around the lake, beautiful Fujisan
