Clean, spacious, modern decor, peaceful and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast was really good! Liked their farm to table concept with elements of fermatation. They also had a complimentaty free flow bar with an excellant variety of drinks. A good Ryokan to getaway from it all and recharge!

Beautiful spot with views of the ocean and a short walk to the best views of Mt Fuji. Remote Port Heda is so peaceful highly recommend for visitors who want to experience real Japan.

amazing place super relaxing the food is just amazing they have vegan meal course but they call it vegetarian it was just amazing the whole experience was super fantastic very much recommended would have stayed longer if I could!

Overall The hotel was absolutely incredible. A great ryokan experience with extremely friendly and courteous staff who often went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We were served by Sora Tatebayashi who was absolutely incredible and extremely helpful and everyone at the hotel was friendly and thoughtful. If you are looking for a great ryokan experience with amazing onsens and facilities, I highly recommend Hotel Tenbo and make sure to get the room with the mountain view! View and location A truly breathtaking view of Mt Fuji from our room. Highly recommended to stay in the room with the mountain view. The location was great and was very close to the Izu panorama park and the hotel also offers drop off and pick up at Igu Nagoaka Station. Staff and service The service at the hotel was excellent and the staff were always keen to help and were so thoughtful and always willing to go above and beyond to deliver the best service possible, which was truly appreciated.

A beautiful Japanese ryokan experience. We loved the private and public onsens - so relaxing. The staff were very helpful and made their best effort to accommodate our requests even with the language barrier (we don't speak any Japanese). Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the surrounding hills and walking trails were lovely to explore.
