It was such an exceptional experience. The staff were very nice and welcoming. They have taken care of us from the start check in to check out. They sent the luggages to our room, their dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious along with the river view very peaceful. And the onsens were great. We were appreciated that they even wiped down the windows for us because of the foggy weather. Thank you very much.

Although we are late arrival, property still waiting us patiently. All facilities were clean and well maintained. All staff were excellent and sincerely. Food were delicious Close to the izu zoo and mt omuro, 10mins to drive.

The staff were incredibly friendly and were extremely kind in letting my cycling friends and I park our bikes in a safe place overnight. My room was on the second floor so I had access to the balcony/veranda overlooking the river. I was able to enjoy a nice cold drink overlooking the river after a nice hot bath and had my breakfast there in the morning. Luxurious moments!

The hotel staff quickly helped to send the ear-pods to our new hotel. Good view at the mountain and the stream from the room window. 4 private onsens for reservation and 1 public one. The futons are comfortable for sleep. The traditional Yukata was offered during the stay.
