A garden surrounds the property and on a rainy day, you can relax in the small on-site library and read a book. Boat trips are possible on the lake and fishing is available on request. Covered parking is available against a surcharge and you can also park your car free of charge at the property. We did arrive late and were still able to order proper dinner which we appreciated very much. One of us got a wonderful upgrade; yet we all enjoyed the quietness and beautiful surrounding very much! Beauty treatments and massages are available. One of the best stays I had. Staff is super helpful, the room was super comfortable, the view on the lake gorgeous. On top of that, the treatment we had, the spa, the breakfast were all perfect. I would recommend and I'll definitely come back.

Just 1,000 metres from the Toscana Congress Centre and Seeschloss Palace, the Aktivhotel Wildschütz in Salzkammergut was renovated in 2015 and offers quiet rooms with flat-screen TVs and free WiFi and an on-site restaurant. Property was very clean and the room was really nice as well. The Sauna and Steam was good and easy to access - breakfast was quite decent for the price and dinner was also amazing with somw local good. Very much recommended if the locations suits your need like it did for us.

You can spend relaxing hours in the library or in the parlour with an open fireplace. Kids can have fun in the games rooms. Very nice hotel and rooms, with friendly staff, very good breakfast.

The restaurant serves regional specialities and fresh fish from the lake. Free WiFi access is available. The location was excellent, just at the main square. You can reach to the hotel by tram in 5-10 minutes from Gmunden train station. The restaurant was decorated authentic and so nice. The room was cozy and heated so well. The balcony with the lake view was amazing. The staff was welcoming, kind and helpful. I will definitely come back again during spring time with my husband.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was exceptional, a la carte dinner was really great too. Extra bed for the kids made things easier.
