Opened in 2015, Das Franzl - Bett & Brot is 800 metres from the shore of Lake Wolfgang, where guests can use a lake access with a sunbathing lawn. The place is extremely cozy and built with imagination. I appreciated the book shelves and also the comfortable rooms. Food is delicious and staff extremely kind. The tiny poneys and the alpacas are a nice addition.

Offering panoramic views of Lake Wolfgang and the surrounding mountains, Pension Rudolfshöhe enjoys a quiet location in Sankt Wolfgang, a 5-minute walk from the centre and the lakeshore. Absolutely fantastic place to stay in st Wolfgang. The host was a warm, courteous person who helped us a lot and lent us bicycles! The rooms are very clean and cozy, especially the lake view room view is amazing. Also the hotel has the best value for money in the town with quiet spaces and a convenient location. Highly recommend this hotel with lake view!

Haus Mayerhofer is situated in the centre of Sankt Gilgen, a 5-minute walk from Lake Wolfgang and the Zwölferhorn Cable Car. Free WiFi and free parking are available. What a wonderful little apartment. The shower was great! The bedroom had plenty of room to move around the bed, and the windows had blackout shades. comfortable living room area if you’d like to sit someplace along with a dining table and a kitchen with all the conveniences.  I also appreciated the extras that you could purchase while staying there, like having a load of laundry, done, or purchasing tea or coffee to have in your room while staying there. They also provide a great breakfast each day.

Reiterhof Suassbauer is just 100 metres from Lake Wolfgang and 800 metres from the centre of St. Wolfgang. It offers a riding school and riding opportunities with Iceland horses. Breakfast was delicious and the food was of high quality. The room was comfortable and clean.

Pension Schlömmer is located 4 km from Sankt Gilgen and has a private beach access to Lake Wolfgang, just 200 metres from the house. It offers for guests a balcony in every room. Beautiful place, quiet, view from the balcony of the mountains, cows and sheep graze around. The service is very nice and committed to helping. Free bikes. Great area for walking, cycling, mountain railway. Tasty varied breakfasts. I highly recommend.

Located right on the shore on Lake Wolfgang, Hotel & Gasthof Fürberg is 3.5 km, approximately a 45-minutes walk, from the centre of St. Gilgen. Excellent location on the lake-front! Secluded and peaceful. Close to several hiking routes. Free pedalo and row boats are available for guests, which we loved! The staff at reception are exceptionally friendly and always willing to help! Finally, the traditional Austrian cuisine served at the restaurant is varied and delicious.

Family-run for 3 generations, this traditional hotel is located at the beginning of St. Wolfgang's pedestrian zone, right by the shore of Lake Wolfgang. Staffs are nice and the view is stunning!

Situated on the village square in the centre of Sankt Wolfgang, just 50 metres from Lake Wolfgang and 250 metres from its private beach, Hotel Zimmerbräu is set in a historic building, renovated 2011,... Excellent location and friendly staff. Free use of paddle boards and a pedal boat at the hotel's own R&R spot on the lake. Walking distance to everything, e.g. the cog railway station. Great room with a round bed and a wonderful view of the lake from the balcony.

A 5-minute walk from the centre of Sankt Wolfgang, Strandhotel Margaretha offers a private beach on the shore of Lake Wolfgang, a lakeside terrace, a bar, a sauna, and a relaxation room. Room was large, great view of the lake (said partial view on room info but was very nice side balcony with good view), very clean, food was very good for both breakfast and dinner.
