All guest rooms have hardwood floors a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a hairdryer, in-room safe and air conditioning. Some rooms have a terrace or balcony. All rooms come with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries.

This hotel does not have a ton of different services, but what it offers is top notch: The location is fantastic, the staff was very helpful, the hotel itself quite new and both our balcony and the roof deck offered spectacular views. The rooms are very compact, but still quite practical. For NYC, this is great value.

Big room, full of incredible art and very comfy warm bed. Spacious bathroom with natural bath&shower products. Products were so good that I was searching for reasons to use shower over and over. I have asthma, so I was appreciating the focus on cleanliness and awareness of allergies. Host was very friendly and is an author of most of the art in the place. This place is not just another hotel. It is a true experience!

This boutique Manhattan hotel is located in the Theater District and steps from Times Square. The hotel offers a daily continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi and 24-hour access to refreshments.

The accommodations at Casablanca Hotel by Library Hotel Collection include a flat-screen cable TV, DVD player and iPod docking station. A bathrobe and slippers are supplied in the en suite bathroom.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Casablanca hotel. Every single hotel staff member was so friendly and helpful. The location was great, so close to Times Square but the hotel itself was so quiet, like a retreat off of the hustle and bustle of Times Square. Convenient to the subway which is right across the road. We took full advantage of the continental breakfast every morning and going down for our pastries, bagels and coffee became part of our daily routine. It’s an old school hotel, we had to get someone up to adjust the heating when we were melting the first night, but we fell in love with its charm.

When we arrived the reception staff were super friendly and welcoming. I mentioned how excited we were as it was our honeymoon and they upgraded our room! The view from our room of the Empire State Building brought tears to my eyes! The bed was huge and comfortable and the shower was so lovely and powerful! The decor was really nice! One night, after a long day of exploring New York we shared a glass of fizz in our room looking at the lit up Empire State Building and listening to Frank Sinatra! Perfect honeymoon!

Breakfast pastry and bagels were very welcome as well as coffee. Location was ideal for midtown and Grand Central Station. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a balcony room as we were on our honeymoon and there was a bottle of wine in the room. Thank you. Our room on the 22nd floor had a most spectacular view of The Empire State Building. Plenty of toiletries provided, coffee machine plus pods and creamer and bottled water in our room.

We loved the friendly staff on our arrival. They made us feel very comfortable and special from the start especially as we were on our honeymoon. Perfect location and considering how close to Times Square it was so quiet. The coffee machine in our room was the perfect addition to our mornings. The bar next door was great and had a very relaxed feel with very friendly staff. The rooftop terrace had spectacular views and even though we visited in winter had a lovely warm feel.

Hotel is well appointed, in a great location just off Broadway and a block from Time Square. Superior Suite met our needs in having two sleeping areas with a teenager being with us. Hotel was clean and well kept, staff were all lovely and did everything they could to help (even a free bottle of wine for my wife) and the atmosphere was relaxed and very comfortable.

Hotel was well placed for the tourist but although the room was adequate it did not meet my idea of a 4star . The maids came every day to make bed , change towels etc . . It was lovely of the hotel to do this for our anniversary but I dread to think what our original room would’ve been like if this was an upgrade. On a more positive note we had no issues with the elevators that other reviewers remarked on

An absolutely gorgeous stay at a classic hotel. The staff were lovely, the charm is exceptional, the upgrade to a suite was a very pleasant surprise. In the room, the decor was delightful and comfortable and the bath was huge - just right for soaking. Breakfast was continental but much nicer than the sparse offerings under that name usual in American hotels. Wonderful on every level, would stay again in a heartbeat.

Lovely quirky hotel, loved the pineapple theme. Super comfy bed. Staff were brilliantly attentive and seamless check in and check out. We were to access our room at 10am despite a 4pm check in. It was our anniversary and we were given a complimentary bottle of wine, additional soft drinks, chocolate and cookies which was lovely. Close proximity to Times Square, Boradway etc. The area of Hells kitchen felt a bit rough so wouldn't recommend staying there alone if walking late at night Would stay here again.
