Located at the heart of Parma in a historic building right next to the cathedral Square made exploring Parma easy. The atmosphere of the place is superb with great views of the baptistery next door. The staff was absolutely helpful, attentive and friendly. Perfect place !

It is the BEST B&B I’ve ever stayed!!! Highly recommend it! It’s so clean, lovely and cozy that you can’t imagine. The breakfast was unbelievably amazing and the owners are super friendly. I should’ve stayed in Parma longer because it is also a lovely city. I’ll definitely come back and book this B&B again.

Parma is great ,top destination ,worth to visit Palazzo Gozzi bed and beauty not to be missed as well Room was great with respect to the Palazzo Architecture and Structure with a very confy bed and a very unusual and unique cupboard first time meet in my life A very big bathroom with fresh air and light with two big basins Toiletries with delicate smell and fluffy towels Free coffee and tea you could freshly brewed in the coffee machine provided .Water and juices also provided in the room Plasma tv and aircondition also. Every afternoon a very aristocratic tray with snacks and small well relaxing champaign was waiting for us But our exceptional welcoming experience was our hair taking care to the ground floor hairdressers store existing !!! A real pleasure for the visitor A rich breakfast in the near old patisserie not to miss it. Also included in the price

This property is centrally located, can’t get any better, Massimo was extremely helpful greeted us at the front door explained all that was needed, helped us book our tours and went the extra mile coming with us to park the car. would have no problem coming back for a second stay. thank you Massimo 😊👍

Excellent location and very comfortable beds. The staff was particularly helpful. The breakfast was buffet style and way better than the standard Italian breakfast.

We stayed in a junior suite, a beautiful room, a huge comfy bed, and a lovely bathroom. We even had a box of chocolates and a welcome note delivered to the room. This hotel is very well situated, in the day a pleasant walk through the Parco Ducale which is directly behind the hotel, takes you into the center of Parma in a just few minutes. This hotel feels like stepping back in time, it's very grand. The breakfast was also very good, with a fantastic selection of hot and cold items, and great coffee too. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. We always choose this hotel when staying in Parma.
