The rooms are spacious and comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Max is a superb host. Breakfast is a very plentiful spread of cereals, breads, meat, cheeses and pastries, as well as excellent coffee which Max himself makes for you.

Perhaps the best thing in this beautiful, atmospheric hotel was the parking lot just across the street - something extremely valuable for travelles with car and luggage in Lucca! And the breakfast was superb, also.

Luca is an exceptional host. We were extremely pleased with our visit, and the villa/rooms were amazing. The entire villa was very well decorated. Only a short walk to Lucca city. Luca reached out to us before our arrival with information and instructions on how to reach the villa. 10/10 would recommend. Couldn't ask for more.

When we arrived we were met with friendly faces and good vibes! Every question we had was accommodated. Our room was clean, spacious, perfectly located - and there’s bikes. Such a good value add to this accomodation. Getting around on bikes any time of day is such a bonus. Parking outside the walls couldn’t be easier, and on departure we could bring the car in to load our suitcases. This place feels like home from the minute you arrive. All staff are relaxed, helpful and accomodating. The best spot to explore Lucca. Just steps to the main strip for shopping and restaurants, and the start of the 4km ride along the walls is around the corner. Quiet beautiful street, comfy beds, dark rooms overnight. We slept so well. Would reccomend to anyone coming to stay in Lucca. Thank you so much!
