Marina's a very kind and warm-hearted host. She came late in the evening for our late check-in and let us leave our luggage in her property after check-out. She gave us a lot of information of the area. She kept the room very clean and tidy. Although the room was not very big, it's well equipped and it provided everything we needed.

As well as helping me translate information to help with family history research while staying in La Spezia. Sara very helpful too when we used our safe incorrectly. Everything was perfect, the room was clean everyday, we had snacks and fresh water replaced everyday too and a coffee machine was also available. Located in a quiet zone if you need to rest. It's a 20min walk to La Spezia Migliarina Train station and close to the Marina. Betty was fantastic and always available to give us recommendations. Thank you for making things easy !
