The room is beautiful, confortable and calm. Location is great to access the center of Florence or by the river to the Ponte Vecchio. Would have loved to have stayed longer. The 65 steps are hard work but it's worth it!

Everything was good. It's easy to find, close to the Central Market. The room was very comfortable and clean. And our host was amazing, he helped us get a reservation for Galleria Dell'accademia and was overall very nice and attentive. I would definitely come back.

This place was absolutely sensational! Located just outside the busy centre of Florence in the stunning country side. The room was spacious and comfortable and beautifully decorated. All amenities you need within the grounds of the hotel - restaurant, bar, gardens and another huge block of land filled with olive trees to explore. Free shuttle to and from the entrance of the town making getting around very easy. Staff were helpful, courteous and very polite - nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was amazing - so many different choices for breakfast that you can enjoy in the gardens.

The staff were Excellent. Very friendly, kind and helpful. They provided us with a very useful map with restaurant recommendations written in for us. The room was beautiful, and the street was nice and quiet.

The hotel is stunning in itself, however, the staff welcoming friendliness and warmth, is the real gem here. - Special kudos and shout-out and much gratitude go to the Francesco and the 3 others front reception staff on 29 MAR 2022, at approx 1400 hrs, when we arrived. They all offered kind words at our arrival, being gentle and genuine. - The room was an upgrade, which I am super grateful for, a dream, big, cozy, with gorgeous tall window, and quiet at night. - The rooftop patio offers a stunning view of Florence, a must see. - The quality of the towels and washroom amenities were also super, it felt like a spa. - The hotel is a brief walk to the train station, making an easy arrival/departure commute.
