The room was very spacious with a big terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the spa facilities were very nice. Just be aware that the sauna and steam room area for adults only are clothing free (towels and robes are provided) The staff was very attentive and helpful, arranging for dinner reservations and transportation to town and the ski lifts. I will highly recommend this property

All staff members were exceptionally friendly and happy to help. Especially Lorena took great care of us during the check-in process as well as during the day as we bombarded her with questions. We were thankful for the upgrade we received and really enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Breakfast was great, the spa was a wonderful escape for a few hours and the location was superb to just take a quick stroll through the city.

The staff at the reception and bar were excellent, also at lunch The facilities, the historic room, the quality of food all was amazing! The view! The pool! All so amazing! The staff helped us in ways i have never experienced in Austria before.
