The condition of the rooms was perfect and very clean. It was cozy and warm. The hotel's owner was very kind and she gave us her hands very positively when we got in trouble with the car. The morning meal was simple but It was enough to fill our stomach. If I have another chance to come here, then I will stay here once again.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Tamara, the host of Pension Hallberg. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing me to check in early so that I could settle in and start exploring the beautiful surroundings right away. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens were of the highest quality, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. What really made my stay at Pension Hallberg so special, however, was the level of hospitality and care that Tamara provided throughout my visit. She was always available to answer my questions and offer recommendations on places to visit and things to do in the area, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. The guesthouse itself is situated in a beautiful and peaceful location, surrounded by stunning scenery and offering easy access to local attractions and activities. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or an action-packed adventure, Pension Hallberg is the perfect base from which to explore the area. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Pension Hallberg to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in the area. The hotel is located in the little main Square. It's beautiful! We got a room with view to the main square in the 2nd floor. It had a little balcony, we loved it! We stayed in the hotel in November (just before the freezing time). The town is "empty" after the last ferry so you will see few people after 6:30 pm so, your options to eat (dinner and breakfast) reduce a lot! This hotel is the one with restaurant available for dinner, many people that were staying in other places come to dinner in this hotel. The food and services were sooo good! The prices (obviously) are not cheap but neither crazy! Also, the breakfast is only for guest so, we saw people coming to and asked for breakfast, I think they didn't had that option in their staying places, consider this as a plus! The town doesn't have many options to eat, the options are very few and you can expect higher prices, prepare yourself with food (from where you are coming) or to pay higher prices. The staff was sooooooo friendly and helpful, they are everything! the same people are the waiters, the cleaning staff, Welcoming staff! all!

The view from the room's balcony of the Hallstättersee was breathtaking! I very much enjoyed having breakfast from the terrace, with a view of the lake. The location is perfect, close to the historic marketplace and right next to the main church. The hotel even has a fully equipped sauna room. I also liked the breakfast buffet very much.

The property is at a nice and quiet place. It has a really nice view with an outside garden that you can use with addition to a grill, that we didn't use cause of the weather, sadly. Overall great stay and the host is really friendly!
