Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived until we left, pool and spa, room bed was so comfortable and big, everything so clean and new. A big thank you to all the staff who were amazing in all areas of the hotel. Catherine the reservation manager was so helpful before we arrived and a special thank you to Linh who made our stay extra special with lots of information and help, so friendly and kind. Location perfect near Fansipan and a short taxi ride to Sapa town. Was a great place to relax after a busy day, views from our room of mountains and the infinity pool. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

Supan Ecolodge has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Sa Pa. Everything was amazing, the people of the Lodge were super sweet and super nice, the location is mindblowing, you're surrounded by local people, the pool is very nice, the room is clean and spacious, the bathroom is really nice. Also the bed was huge, and comfortable, everything is also exactly like the pictures. I also received a bouquet of handmade flowers because it was my birthday, that was the nicest thing ever! And I also received a local thankyou/ goodbye gift, thank you so much for your kindness and for making my Sa pa trip memorable.
