Attentive staff, kind and helpful at every interaction. We stayed in the king suite overlooking the mountains which made our stay very relaxing. Make sure you request a quiet area because some of the mountain side can be loud due to music coming from the park down below the hill.

BB Sapa Resort & Spa - Formerly Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa (endine Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa) on traditsiooniline mägimajake, mis sobib ideaalselt loodusega. The breakfast was tasty - we always appreciate having an "omelette guy!" And the view at breakfast was outstanding. The view from our third floor room was also fabulous! The staff was able to give us good information regarding the sights we had chosen to see. We were able to be served a delicious lunch outside to enjoy the natural surroundings as well as the food. The room was of regular size and had a balcony. Although it seems hard to believe, the property does have views of the mountains, lake and city. And we enjoyed sitting at the lobby fireplace in the evening.

Beautiful new resort set in the countryside. We wanted to be outside of Sa Pa and the quiet setting was perfect for us. Sit by the pool or on the large upper patio and take in the mountains and valley views. Watch the families of neighbouring farms work there fields and see regular Sa Pa life unfold around you. We stayed in two bungalows and they were beautiful and clean with comfy beds and big windows. Bathroom was spacious with big showers and lots of hot water. The staff were helpful and friendly. Giving us suggestions on how to enjoy our time and arranging transportation.
