Catherine the reservation manager was so helpful before we arrived and a special thank you to Linh who made our stay extra special with lots of information and help, so friendly and kind. Location perfect near Fansipan and a short taxi ride to Sapa town. Was a great place to relax after a busy day, views from our room of mountains and the infinity pool. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

Also the bed was huge, and comfortable, everything is also exactly like the pictures. I also received a bouquet of handmade flowers because it was my birthday, that was the nicest thing ever! And I also received a local thankyou/ goodbye gift, thank you so much for your kindness and for making my Sa pa trip memorable.

The room looks exactly as the picture. This is by far one of the most tranquil hotels I have stayed in with stunning views. Its also an easy walk into town and to Cat Cat Village. The coffee at breakfast was also amazing.
