They arranged a tour of Lan Ha Bay (which I strongly recommend) and my boat/bus trip back to Hanoi. The breakfasts were good for an included meal and I liked the location - not in the middle of town but still only a short and pleasant walk.

Also each room has a green balcony, which is great. And the hotel seemed very suitable for kids - there were a lot of activities for children. Also the outdoor swimming pool was nice. The hotel really fits the nature around it - thank you for creating such a site.
