Facing the beachfront, Tung Quang Hotel offers 2-star accommodation in Cat Ba and has a garden, shared lounge and terrace. The staff was very helpful. They arranged a tour of Lan Ha Bay (which I strongly recommend) and my boat/bus trip back to Hanoi. The breakfasts were good for an included meal and I liked the location - not in the middle of town but still only a short and pleasant walk.

The location is lovely, you are in nature. The owners are super helpful. They can book tours and transport to your next stop. Food is good and the same price as in town, and the mattress was the best I have had since in Vietnam. I strongly recommend this guesthouse..

There were also great view-platforms available. And the connecting bridges were very awesome. Also each room has a green balcony, which is great. And the hotel seemed very suitable for kids - there were a lot of activities for children. Also the outdoor swimming pool was nice. The hotel really fits the nature around it - thank you for creating such a site.
