And an outcome of the conversation was an unexpected, pleasing though, surprise Mr. Hai offered us. Indeed, a once-in-a-life experience for us!

We contact the staff via WhatsApp instead of phone and WhatsApp is much more efficient way to communicate since we can send link and photos etc. Also the staff can recommend restaurants and answer all questions that we had and helped us communicated with the luggage storage service at the airport since we planned not to store at the villa. Super helpful!!
