I did not suspect that the manager (Nataly) her self will be greeting us from outside the doors of the hotel. Also, she helped us a lot to know where to go in the city and where we can find all the activity's (she is amazing manager) the quit and security of the area is amazing as well and all the staff in the hotel are extremely helpful even if they don't know your language amazing place
