Free private parking is available on site. We loved how welcoming and hospitable the staff was towards us! Whatever request we had, they tried hard to meet it! They also carried out extra efforts to make our Christmas a special one! Serkan was a very friendly staff member who was quick to answer to any questions we had and helped us out all the time...including whilst skiing! The room is also very cosy and the food was always plentiful and good. Definitely a hotel to recommend!

Dinner was more than I expect. Too many options, all very delicious. Also the traditional shows during dinner were very enjoyable. Hotel being in the middle of the ski-slops is just perfect.

Super convenient location. 15 mins to Erzurum ski resort, 20 mins to airport by bus. Lots of convenient shops nearby. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Stayed here for more than a week, absolutely feels like home.

My family and I stayed at this hotel 1 night and then we flight to Stanbul and 7 days later we were back to van and stay at Elite world Hotel . We was so comfortable in king suite, every thing was clean and comfort and luxury. Breakfast was delicious and diversely. Pool and torkish bath was clean and perfect. If we will come to van we will back here because it was really five star hotel

Location ! In front of ski resort. Ski and boots rental are inside of the hotel. My room is clean and nice view. I enjoyed haman and gym inside of the hotel. Also there is a nice restaurant, lounge area and the bar. This is my second time I stayed this hotel. All stuff are nice, friendly and helpful. I will come back here again :)
