Lovely staffs were excellent provided very good customer service. We just stayed 1 night at Chinese Spring festival, the reception manager was very kindly to upgraded sea view room for us. All staffs are polite and helpful. The location is excellent that we could walk to the beach in 2 minutes. There was many choice of breakfast with different variety. Our rooms were vey clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing many thanks to the reception team Mr souhail for his kind welcoming, mr hedi and youssef 3 of them were nice and helpful. Especially mr souhail he made our stay with his professional and welcoming approach.

So friendly staff, everyone in the hotel is smiling and working with a positive spirit. Great location. Wonderful beach. Mr. Mokhtar in the restaurant is an icon. Employees in the reception were unbelievably friendly. The hotel is full of facilities.
